Welcome to the Journal of Children's Running

on 18 May 2017.

The _Journal of Children’s Running_ is a resource we hope you will share with members of your running club. Each issue offers advice to
parents and coaches of young runners on how to create and sustain a program that will cause children to discover running in a safe, healthy and positive environment. In these two issues we expound on the advice of Boston and Chicago marathon winner Greg Meyer and on Steve Spence, bronze medalist in the marathon in the Tokyo World Championships.

Best yet, the Journal of Children’s Running is free! Free to the reader and free of advertising.

As editor, I coached children’s running programs for 40 years and authored works for Running Times magazine (now on the Runner’s World website); a book for teachers offering ways to enhance their Mileage Club® program*, and for the Center for Children’s Running.

If members of your club whose children run or who coach young runners are pleased with what the Journal offers, they can subscribe by replying to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and simply say _Yes!_
