Running2bwell is a unique running club in every way. We focus on helping people learn how to use exercise to not only improve their physical health but also their mental health and recovery from addiction.

We celebrate all paces and fitness levels, most of our folks walk. The science is clear that even moderate exercise like walking can dramatically improve your mood and dial back cravings. We're also all about developing social connections between people so we spend time chatting and getting to know one another and frequently attend events and races together as a

running family. When people come consistently, we offer shoes, gym passes, apparel, and race entries to those in need. We have open community groups and programs at local treatment centers and a prison. In 2023, we gave out 608 pairs of shoes and had over 8000 connections with people.

If you're in the Northeast Ohio area, come join us at a weekly group or one of our fun, casual races. Around the Beach is on June 22 and Turkey Burner 5K is on November 28.
